All items returned within this period must be in the exact same condition in which they were received. The returned products must be unused and in the original packaging, and the shipping costs are for your own account. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. We recommend you choose a secured shipment method, as you are responsible for the risk of transporting the goods to PIERRE.

Once your package has arrived at our warehouse, you will receive an email with the return confirmation. After checking the condition, the return can be accepted. You can then choose to exchange the product or get a refund. The full order amount excluding return costs will be credited within 14 days after receipt of the return.
